Welcome to Des Moines Welding Service LLC. By accessing our website or engaging our welding and fabrication services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. SCOPE OF WORK

Estimates: All quotes provided are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Estimates are subject to change if the scope of work is modified or if hidden structural issues are discovered during the welding process.
Mobile Services: For on-site/mobile welding, the client must ensure a safe work environment and clear access to the project area.

2. PAYMENT TERMS

Payment is due upon completion of the service unless prior credit arrangements have been made.
We reserve the right to require a deposit (typically 50%) for custom fabrication projects or large material orders.

6. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone or terminate a project if the work environment is deemed unsafe or if the client violates these terms.
